What we collect

The site uses technical information needed to display pages, protect the site, and keep a cart together. When checkout is available, an order may require a customer's name, shipping address, phone number, email address, order details, and payment confirmation. Payment-card and wallet details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, not stored by Redneck Up.

How we use it

We use order information to process and ship orders, handle customer support, prevent fraud or abuse, keep required records, and comply with law. We do not sell customer personal information. We do not currently run a mailing list, customer accounts, targeted advertising, or third-party analytics on this storefront.

Order receipts are not marketing

When checkout and order receipts are active, we may use the email address tied to an order to send a payment receipt, shipping-help message, or direct order-service update. That does not sign anyone up for a promotional mailing list. If we ever add marketing email, it will use a separate, clearly labeled sign-up choice.

Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies and similar browser storage help protect forms and remember the items in a cart. They are necessary for the store to work. The Drawing Board can also save a draft only when you choose the browser-draft button; that draft stays in your browser until you restore or remove it and is not uploaded to Redneck Up. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are currently disabled.

If Redneck Up later turns on Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tools, AdSense, or another optional service, we will update this policy and present an appropriate consent choice before those optional cookies or tags run where required. Your browser settings can also control or clear cookies, though blocking essential cookies may make the cart stop working.

Who may receive information

We may share the minimum information needed with service providers that help us run the store, process a payment, ship an order, host the site, or comply with a legal request. When PayPal checkout is active, PayPal receives the information needed to authorize and process that payment under its own privacy notice. Those providers may use the information only for the service they provide to us, unless their own terms say otherwise.

How long we keep it

We keep order and support records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer service, taxes, accounting, disputes, security, and legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify information when practical.

Your choices and questions

You may ask what personal information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information when we are not required to keep it. Children

Redneck Up is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the store adds checkout, shipping tools, analytics, advertising, or other services. The current date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
