Sticker-mail shipping

Sticker-only orders ship for $1.99 per sticker-mail package. Each package holds up to 25 stickers, and every additional group of 25 adds another $1.99 mailer charge. At launch, sticker mail is available only to delivery addresses in the United States. Shirts, candy, and other Trading Post goods may use a separate shipping method and price when those products are added.

Getting your order out

We aim to pack and hand off ready-to-ship sticker orders within three business days. Weekends, holidays, stock checks, weather, and carrier delays can add time. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not promises from Redneck Up.

Please make sure the delivery address is complete before placing an order. If you catch a mistake, call us as soon as possible. Once a package has entered the mail stream, we cannot guarantee an address change.

Damage, wrong item, or a missing package

Call us within 14 days of the marked delivery date, or within 30 days of placing the order if it never shows up. Have your order number, shipping name, and a photo handy when damage or the wrong sticker is involved. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when the problem is ours or the package is confirmed lost or damaged.

Redneck Up is not selling an optional delivery guarantee at this time. If that changes, the price and exact promise will be shown before checkout.

Returns

Unused, unapplied items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery after you contact us for instructions. Return postage is normally the buyer's responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged. We do not accept returns of stickers that have been applied, altered, or damaged after delivery.
