Using this storefront

By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its security, catalog, carts, or other visitors. You may browse, share ordinary links, and buy products when checkout is available. You may not scrape, copy, resell, or misuse the site or its content without permission.

Products, availability, and prices

We work to show products, stock, descriptions, and prices accurately, but mistakes can happen. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may correct an error, update a listing, limit quantities, cancel an order affected by a mistake, or remove a product from the rack. The price ladder and $1.99 sticker-mail charge for each package of up to 25 stickers shown in the cart apply only to the current sticker-only retail offering unless a listing says otherwise.

Orders and payments

Who the heck charged me? Redneck Up is owned by Montana Muscle and Classics. Your PayPal receipt or bank statement may show Montana Muscle and Classics. Same folks, same questionable sticker decisions.

Orders can be placed only when this site displays an active payment option at checkout. An order is not accepted until the payment provider confirms payment and we can verify the order details, stock, and shipping information. Every order is subject to the payment method and order-confirmation process shown there. We may decline or cancel an order when information is incomplete, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or a listing contains an obvious error.

Shipping and returns

Our artwork and name

The Redneck Up name, logo, site copy, and artwork are owned by their respective owner or used with permission. Buying a sticker gives you the physical product; it does not give you permission to reproduce the design, use the brand, remove ownership markings, or make merchandise from the art.

Future design submissions

The Sticker Challenge and design-submission area are not open yet. Do not send us a design expecting a prize, payment, confidentiality, or a license until the official challenge rules are published and a submission form is active.

Disclaimers and limits

The site and its content are provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Redneck Up is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or a product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
